Force Report

Bimonthly, bilingual magazine mailed to employees, customers, partners and other stakeholders. Approximately 40,000 in circulation each issue, and the enterprise’s primary communication vehicle. My approach:

  • Identify key content leads, foster a collaborative environment, and prioritize value through leverageable content across enterprise functions (proposals, business development, social media, internal employee communications).

  • Produce an annual content calendar that leaves space for new topics as they emerge.

  • Research topics, interview experts, and write articles, then manage corporate approvals and edits; identify opportunities for photography and incorporate into production schedule.

  • Finalize content, manage design/layout, coordinate Spanish translation, approve print proofs and supervise printing and mail distribution.

  • Provide repurposed materials to those previously identified.

 

Corporate Communications

News releases, sales sheets, purpose statements, advertisements, executive letters/talking points, video storyboards and scripts, social media posts, intranet and biweekly employee email content.

 

Employee Wellness Mindfulness Video

"Active Mindfulness with Ashley Dillon." I created this video for Zachry's weekly mindfulness webcast to inspire practicing mindfulness anywhere, any time, doing anything. Relax, follow your senses, and consider the daily moments in which you can incorporate being present and grateful. Video clips are open-source, thanks to pexels.com contributors.

Worked with marketing agency to develop brand positioning; ConocoPhillips adviser to agency on voice, tone, and imagery authenticity; wrote voice and tone training guidelines and developed training for communicators; developed style guide; wrote imagery guidelines and developed media library; initiated photography project to collect more than 3,000 assets to date.
